Question: In U13 boys soccer camp, in which quality we give more importance at the first week? how can you arrange their warming up+skills+small sided game+cool down exercises?
Answer: All of the subjects you talk about have equal importance. You can use the warm-ups to work on skills at the same time by having them do ball skill footwork (moves,rolls, scissors, stepovers) with warm-ups. Don’t forget to include stretching as part of your warm ups as well. The order you presented them in is perfectly fine, spend about 5 minutes on cool down again finishing with stretching.
