This is unbelievable it was after i signed up on your site that i know that subjecting the players for sprinting after the training will not let them put up their best performance during training . Please kindly tell me or show me how i can combine conditioning with my training .If i may ask you what is conditioning i need the full explanation your response is highly needed urgently .

  13. Hi there, just wanted to add a mention of motivational patches to your list of treats and reward. The patches are a really effective way of rewarding and encouraging young soccer players.
These patches can be used to celebrate good behaviour, recognise progress, courage, good defence skills, great teamwork and a range of other positive attributes. Younger players really enjoy collecting them and they can be worn on their soccer strips. Go to http://www.footballpatches.co.uk to find out more.

Hi there! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog. Is it hard to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. I’m thinking about creating my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any points or suggestions? Appreciate it
